I was 148.4 this morning. I am so tried of 148; I can't wait until 147 pops up on the scale. Am I eating too much fats; am I eating too few calories overall?

#1 I think I really need to focus on how my body feels
I do like the way my body is looking, I feel leaner

#2 When thinking of numbers, focus on small goals
I am looking forward to 145, 3 lbs away

#3 Weight training is key to optimal balance between feeling good about my body and 'making numbers'

Gud luck.. I've been stuck @ 150.. I'm tryina get to 148.. Not fun bein stuck in 1 spot! Its good that ur seein the results tho! :-) Keep it up.. and don't get discouraged..
