Yes total for the day. I am on the Fast 800 diet and was slightly over yesterday, so having a lean day today. I also fast between 8pm and 1pm, so not too difficult for me to have reduced calories. I put on weight with 1200 calories !

I’ve had 3 slices of sourdough bread thin slices 1 slice of havati cheese put proactive margarine and a smier of conquet jam and lunch I’ve had mashed egg and lettuce how do I find out how many calories?

Nc4 - all you have to do is type all of these things into the diary section and it will give you the result - looks like 550 calories if you had three eggs. Also good to balance the macros so you don’t have too many carbs
