Song Byrd's Journal, 06 June 2011

Sometimes you just have to encourage yourself. The best part of my walk is when I am finished. I take two minutes to praise God and to celebrate my accomplishment. I can still get up and walk and I give God the praise for his Grace while I was packing on the pounds and for his strength during the walk. My neighbors think I'm crazy but they don't know my story. I did good today. Amen.
