I really need some sleep. I know Im probably stressed out because I havent gotten more than 5 hours of good quality sleep in the past week because my 18mo old keeps waking up not wanting to go back to sleep...its so draining. ...
I guess its probably time for a protein day

Im still positive for ketones so I know Im shrinking fat cells. ..
Im just going to push through this faux plateau.
240.8 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
