Been out for birthday tea with my lovely two sisters and niece to Dakota Hotel. Consisted of wait for it........ sparkling wine, 2 coffees, chicken sandwich, tuna sandwich, ham sandwich, cheese & tomato sandwich, scone with clotted cream & jam, cream meringue, choc brownie, ginger parkin & blueberry muffin. Phew!! Naughty but nice! How do I put all this on my chart? Never mind, tomorrow's another day. :)

Don't think its wise to pretend it never happened as you can then forget it which might lead to it being easier to do it again. You could set it up as a meal plan and then add it to your daily intake and then at the end of the week you will have a true representation of what affect (if any) it had. I always try to be honest with myself with what I eat but also forgive myself if I have a bad day.

in put everything you ate and drank and be truthful, then look at the calorie intake against what you should have, then maybe next time you go out for treat, you will opt for healthier choices or just less as I find that once I know how many calories are in something it does make me re think before I eat. ( well, at least most of the time). Also what works for me, is that I still eat and drink what I want, but I record it and keep within my calories. Each person is different and I am sure you will find a way that works for you. Good luck Buddy.

There is no point at all in worrying about that which has been consumed as it is in your body and nothing at all can be done about it except perhaps purchase a bigger dress size. The time to be concerned is prior to the food you intend to eat this is why FS has that facility. You know what you did and you intended doing it so is there any point in being concerned about it just get it listed and be done with it. If you enjoyed the party then don’t let this spoil the fun live with the memory but learn from it. One thing is an absolute certainty, you will do it again one day !
