Everyone - how accurate do you think an apple watch tracks your activity to FS? I range from 1660-2200 depending on workout days from my watch. My estimated TDEE is 1671 using Harris-Benedict.

Ajbusjahn -I have an apple watch and I linked it thru Apple health app. It does seem pretty accurate for the most part. I have been playing with my calories as I am in maintain but always watching as the trainer increases my strength training slowly over time so I am always hopeful that I can increase my calories! My trainer sets my macros but in reading a lot of posts lately I am not good about recording every bite so thought I would try harder to see how things look as far as calories in and calories out. Thanks for your info as that does help!
