Happy Friday to All! It was a little bit cooler today so for the first time in 3 weeks I got to take my walk in the park during lunch - that always puts me in a good mood!

I've discovered I'm slipping badly in two categories: the first is exercise - I'm probably the only one on here whose Wii needs dusting.

The second slip has to do with eating during the evening. I know from experience that this has a bad effect on my weight loss.

Am thinking that confessing these two "sins" will be a first step in getting rid of these bad habits.

Glad that you were able to get out and walk in the park. As for sins...nope, those aren't sins. You are doing fantastic! Have a wonderful weekend!

Buffy, I have faith in you that you'll do whatever you need to do to change those habits. And I doubt that you're the only one with a dusty Wii!! Better watch out, though...just like a dusty car, someone might sneak in and write something like "Use me" or "Turn me on" on the unit! Enjoy the weekend!

Buffy, you can do it..My Wii is starting to get some dust to but I 'll get back at it Monday.. If it wasn't for Monday's I would never start anything.Hahaha..Have agreat weekend girl......Bren

I'm with you Buffy on the exercising - I am sure I will feel better by Monday, so shall we commit (with Bren???) for a Monday back to some kind of exercise routine?

Bren and Tracy - Monday is good - we have a date then! Tracy, I stopped exercising when I got my sinus infection and never started again. Hope you feel better soon.

Its a date Buffy and Triaby..Lets do at least 30 minutes every other day and everyday if we feel like it. I really try to do it most days..

Bren - that is very realistic for me. You watch my schedule and I'll watch yours. I don't like the FS exercise tracker but will gladly post my exercise (or lack of it) on my journal. So far today - 20 min brisk walk.

Tracy - Your level of exercise is way ahead of mine. Don't limit yourself to what I can do. I'll just have to swim in your wake.

Buffy thats a great start. I don't like a stricked regiman as I will fail every time. I guess its in my genes..Hahaha Can't wait for us to be good to our selves. If we watch out for one another it will help I think, Great idea......

Good evening, Buffy! I just love your true confessions! The great judge of exercise absolves you if you promise to do better, which you have. I used to have an exercise bike that I used to hang clean clothes on hangers on as I did laundry. Now I have a walker in my room that is very useful as a place to hang clothes I've only worn for an hour or two and am to lazy to hang up properly in my closet. The walker is too noisy and too clunky to use as an aid to walking!

Excercise. What's that. Actually it is one of the sins I fully intend to take care of as soon as our mini vacation next week is over and we are back home (or so she says.)

Evening is when I am tired and vulnerable too. We need to find something fun to replace the fun of eating...I'll let you know once I figure it out lol. TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!
