Well my inability to follow an eating plan is shining through. I am not at all surprised by the increase in my weight, although I am dissapoointed in myself. I started my new part0time job on Sunday and have two more training shfts this week, tonight 6pm-1pm and tomorrow 6pm-10pm, this is after working 9am-5pm both days. This is a huge chaneg in my routine as I am usually in bed by 9pm!!! I am going to need adjustment time in order to work with my new work- life. I am really working on what I am consuming, especially on those days that I will be going from on job to another without going home. I have brought with me, a salad with mixed spring greens and added spinach, topped with light Italian dressing, extra-lean Kolbasa and shredded cheese. I also have left-over lasagna (loaded with pureed veggies), grapes, yogurt and incase none of that appeals to me or something happens and I don't get a chance to eat before going to my other job, I have protein powder that I can add water to and drink while on my way to the other job. Once I get into a routine things should get going again.
