😂😂 I knew it Jamie. We’re they running after you screaming and crying hysterically🤣. I scraped in with 3 fruit/veg daily last week. Trying to hit 4 this week. Any tips beyond 🥗? I’m seriously considering juicing…but not sure it’ll fill me up. I’m ageing badly and need more antioxidants. I’m not convinced green juices taste good though. Are you back to work yet?

Thanks Ellie. I wondered if you had noticed any hair loss with the longer fasts? I lost a lot of hair and I’ve cut back to very short fasts as a result.

I did have a nurse holding onto my ankle as I tried to leave, but this is all very normal for me 🤣 I wouldn’t recommend juicing, just buy your favourite fruits, and eat them as your snack, whenever you want something naughty, eat some nutritious berries instead! People worry about fruit sugar, but really there is no need, I’m not suggesting you do, but I eat 300g of blueberries, raspberries or strawberries in one sitting, they all are packed with vitamins and nutrients, and low calorie (150g blueberries is 75 calories) (300g raspberries is 120 calories) perfect for a sweet fix and hopefully, even you like those fruits!

@Jamie, yes I like blueberries and raspberries. Not a massive fan of strawbs as some aren’t sweet enough. I don’t care about the sugar in fruit…I don’t watch my sugar intake yet🤔. I don’t like sweeteners and I’m not convinced they are superior to sugar. Trouble is, I like my fruit with ice cream🫣. I also hear the nurses are still weeping over your recent departure 😄.

@wifey🥰…it’s amazing how many connections one makes on this app. I’m really pleased we’ve become friends. Your journals are such a joy to read. And I’m amazed by your resilience both during and post-covid. So much respect for how you’re handling it. I was in a such a foul mood during my ordeal, I was unfit for human company😅.

I’m most at peace when flying. It’s when I can finally leave the world behind, for a few hours at least.

I was actually thinking imagine there had been a clown convention and they were on your flight😂. I guess we all have our fears. Mine is heights and the fear of falling combined. I hate walking on see-through floors, I just won’t do it!

😂😂😂. I don’t actually mind heights and glass floors, I think for me it’s having absolutely no control at that height and speed.

But you survived and had a fabulous time, so all worth it in the end. When do you reset? How do you do your gym sessions without feeling incredibly hungry after it? I find that the more I work out, the more I want to eat, which is really annoying!

I’m restarting on Monday but had a sneaky weigh in this morning and only up 1lb since my last weigh in. I still get hungry after the gym, but I do find eating correctly before helps and try not to succumb to the I’ve worked out so that bar of chocolate won’t hurt thoughts. If you have to eat go for protein or just be sensible. 😋
