Well...I haven't done so well.

I went out with my girlfriends at the beginning of the month and I was very sore for a few days so I didn't exercise...and I got out of the habit. I've still managed to lose weight by eating a reasonable amount of calories I just haven't been keeping track of them.

I plan on jumping back on the wagon because I am seeing changes in my body that I like and I know that if I work out they will happen faster.

I've done a few measurements today...

W: 50 (-0.5)
H: 51
B: 41

T: 31 (-1)
A: 15.5
N: 15

It doesn't seem like I have lost a whole lot, but at the end of May I took a couple of "scantily clad" pics of myself and took some more yesterday and I can definitely see a change, especially in my belly...which is the part of me I hate the most.

I just need to get going again!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
