I gave up today and ate like a normal person, 3 (small) meals plus afternoon tea and gained 600gms. Being a mature woman somehow means I have to put on weight! Not happy 😒
173.3 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
