no weight loss in a month now. However i have lodt 1.5 inches and i will take that. Three full weeks of getting in 3 miled or more a day. i am tracking what and how much i eat. I will keep going because it feels good and i feel good. Happy 4th everyone.

3 miles is hard for me. I have been doing 2 miles per day and I can’t make myself do anymore. Not because I’m too tired but I hate walking ughhhh

Yes i get up early to start my walk at 5am because of the heat. I take my dog and we get in 2 miles in 40 minutes, the rest is regular steps in daily activity. Doing it this way allows ne plenty of time to get dressed for work and in the evenings I dont have to get out in the high heat. As i have gotten older, i can't take the heat.
