I'm happy with that loss. I ran/walked for 35 minutes today. I'm going to have to up the intensity, I don't have time to work out for longer than that anymore.
I feel really pretty lately. I've been trying to take better care of my skin and am dressing nicer. Working out is helping me keep my stress at bay as well. All positive changes today.
A weird thing: When I'm done working out I want to hug everyone. I don't, because I'm sweaty, gross, and in my house by myself, but I really have the urge to hug people. Maybe I should get a dog? Probably not the best reason to get a dog.
