This is almost not fair. I slapped on three easy pounds last week from a dinner party we had at our house. It was the "easy on - easy off" thing. But, I was hot and heavy on NOT easting any crap last week and I think that's where the 'additional' 3 pounds came off. Gee, maybe if I do that again THIS week I could see some real progress. THAT'S that I need for inspiration!
