I read that we don't burn fat out of existence when loosing weight but sweat it out instead, wouldn't it be weird of some day we would say "I"m gonna sweat some fat today!" or in exercise videos "yeah! sweat that fat out!"
I guess people wouldn't be so self-conscious about sweat stains then XD
maybe they'd even be proud of them XDXD
oh god that would be so funny :D

didn't get enough sleep yesterday and am feeling a bit ill :( earlier today I got up to straighten a post card hanging above my bed. Just when I was in the process of straihtening it everything went black and I kind of slowly slid down the wall onto my bed and had like weird spasms. I got my arm scratched and my back bruised a bit but otherwise everything was fine after that, at least it woke me up I guess. Is that normal? like did I just get up too fast ? any further input?
Anyways, can't go on sleeping now, I have to revise for my biology exam tomorrow, wish me luck and have nice day/evening ! :)

No! As a former nurse... believe this is not normal, for you to black out! (If that is what you are saying?) Please go in and get this checked out by your Dr, or nurse Practitioner! Perhaps while you are dieting, you may be skimping on the electrolytes? I like Power Aid, sugar free myself. I use this drink to ensure that I am not (over) sweating it all out! :)

If you've been very low in calories that may be the issue. It also may be tied to low blood pressure/dehydration. Drinking lots of water?

I do have a little low blood pressure which used to cause me to feel a little dizzy and just seeing black for a few seconds when I get up too early in the morning but I never properly blacked out before and now one time in october and today :( hmm I don't think it's liked to my calorie intake as I haven't been dieting properly since christmas and I was fine when I was. Maybe I was dehydrated, I'll try drinking more and I'll ask my Dr when I see him next :) thanks for your advice ^_^

could it be linked to not sleeping enough?? I didn't sleep very well last night and last time it happened I had to get up at 5 am and woke up with a horrible headache. I blacked out while looking for some paracetamol but my headache disappeared after bashing my head on the ground due to blacking out :O
