Did well with my diet and exercise yesterday...came home and had mackerel n crackers for dinner...then went to bed slightly hungry...
walked at the park n used my ab lounge when i came home.

Today is a rest day, i dont feel up to the exercise....watchn the diet tho....have 3 more days b4 negril for kool runnings waterpark....want to be 189 by then...thats 4 pounds down...im praying 4 a miracle
