UK cats's Journal, 13 January 2015

Well here I go again, back on the diet crazy train. I've sincerely missed being on fs. It has been good to catch up on everyone's journals and weight loss/gain over the last six months. I've got to get myself motivated to plan my meals, count calories, drink water, and exercise. I know I will feel so much better in a short amount of time if I can just make myself do it! I have the standard excuses, I'm too busy, not enough time, I'm tired, it's too cold, blah, blah, blah. If I want it bad enough, I'll make a way, not an excuse. So here goes :-)
Happy Tuesday (I read somewhere that Tuesdays are the best day to start a weight loss plan, so that's why I made it back on here today).

So many times I've restarted, but never once did I regret an ounce lost! Hang in there! Stay strong to your goals. You can do this. Make it a lifestyle. A new challenge to be that girl!
