I love to recreate favorite restaurant meals at home. One of our family's favorites is Cafe Rio. Having leftover pork salad for lunch today.

I love doing that as well. Going out has gotten too expensive - we are retired and hate to spend out money on going out to eat as it’s gotten ridiculous!!

What salad dressing do you use

I make a creamy dressing with sour cream, mayo, cilantro, salsa Verde, garlic, a little bit of sugar and a dash or two of hot sauce.
