Ok so here I go again on the weight loss/fitness train. Going to really stick with is this time. I have several good friend on here to go on this journey with me. Three days in and still going strong. I really need to pick up the exercising though.

I missed lunch today. Not the best thing, this early in, but I was busy at work. Had one of my small protein snack bars at about 3:30pm and can you believe this, no soda all day long! Diet or otherwise. I didn't realize all I've drank today is water and a protein shake.

I still have 3 cups of water to drink and I have to do my challenge exercises before bed. I think I'm going to do that now.
