I love a good walk, just getting out and about helps whether it’s the gym, walk or just being outside. 😊

Good on you legend. I really didn’t want to go tonight but moving some weight is a great feeling.

Yeah i know what u mean. When the weather's fine I'm in the garden every day. Sometimes if it's raining I sit in the greenhouse looking out at the bids deer etc. Saddo I know but it truly lists my heart ❤️ xx

I always feel better after a work out. I go into The Zone and focus on what I am doing and this stops any negative thought patterns. Then I am able to face issues with a clear head 🙃

For me too, I always struggle to get going but always glad I get it done, also had a great chat with my coach about food, feeling much more positive today.

Get the 'Strong' app on Google play. I use it, it's very useful, it allows you to add notes on every exercise (I like to add seat position, starting position and weights used etc.) and it's free or with a premium option. If you click on each exercise it shows you a visual representation of the exercise, and also so you can learn exercise names. The free version is actually very good unlike many apps.
