Remaining steady! but today forgot to eat in afternoon at work so came home staving! I can see this could be a problem because I wanted to grab something sweet. Parents evening at school next week so must bring healthy snacks!Keep smashing!
127.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remaining steady is better then gaining...at some point it will happen, you just have to change things around and shake things up. You are doing great, keep it up!
