That all looks good - I give you full credit for not eating the entire thing and saving some for tomorrow - I appreciate that kind of self control --- Good for you! Then you do not have to cook tomorrow either - a Double Bonus.

Something I have struggled with is listening to my body when it says I am full if I am really enjoying the food. I have gotten a lot better at it though.

I struggle with that too...when you're body has had enough, it's had enough. Sometimes I would eat to the point of being nauseous just because I thought I had to clean my plate. Not anymore. I take smaller portions now, but still get full sometimes. I'll save what I have left. It's not a contest, right? LOL! We all need that reminder. And yes, I know I was lucky enough to be born in a country where we have food in abundance and I'm grateful for that. Now, I'm trying to take just my portion instead of eating others as well. LOL! Happy Sunday!

BY the way, that DOES look amazing! Wish you could have had me over for dinner, but then you wouldn't have anything for tomorrow! LOL!

Mouse that is the perfect thing to do. Take your favorite recipes and tweak them a bit to make the just a bit weight loss or maintenance friendly. It’s not about giving up everything you love but tweak, portion control and moderation.

I make each bite count. Really taste it. And put the fork down in between. When you eat slower it gives your stomach time to catch up and say 'enough'. Hope this helps :-)

Is that a homemade cream spinach dip? If so, is possible to have the recipe?

@Hope Restored Sure! 1 can of leaf spinach drained really well. I actually wash my hands and physically empty the can into my hands and squeeze as much liquid from it as possible. You can season in any way you like. I use a roasted garlic and Italian blend. 1/4 cup of heavy cream mixed in. 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella mixed in. Then top with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella. Brown in the oven. Low in Carbs, but high in fat. Yummy 🤤
