Ok it has almost been a month. On April 8th I started at 234lbs. What I have learned. If I don't take the B-12 even with reduced calories I will gain weight. If I skip my meds I will gain weight. I will only lose weight on days I exercise and follow the reduced calorie diet. I have a difficult time following the diet and exercising for more than 7 days. The answer follow the diet and exercise 5-6 days and take 1 day off diet but not exercise or 1 day off exercise but not diet. I have got to figure this out.
