Pretty lucky that I only put on 100gms after having French toast with mascapone for brekkie then Thai for dinner. One day of junk here and there I can cope with.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
