Went off the rails the last week and a half. Luckily I only put on 500g which won't be hard to shake off with very clean eating and getting back to my 5 days a week excercise routine. Mentally motivating myself 💪
180.3 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
