sticking to Bruce's ideas and concepts. learning,my bodies rhythms. looking more,weight. first day,back to the,gym tomorrow we start tracking food again. leg still looks horrible,but I'm finally feeling better.
313.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
