Today I am officially ten pounds down. Egg whites in the morning, tilapia 2 times in the afternoon 3 hours apart, nice dance class & after dance egg whites. I hope tomorrow I see come change and I hit my 100’s I haven’t seen those in a whileeeee. We all got this!! You vs you.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
