Leaving for our trip in less than a week - so much to do before we go that I don't know how I'll get it done - haven't lost anything this month - up and down a pound here and there but basically May was one big plateau. Exercise routine is poor so I really feel that this is my key to weight loss. Hopefully getting away from the day to day will help.
