Well my numbers were not so good today. Up in fat down in muscle for a net gain of 0.8 kg. Really took the wind out of my sails to see those results. I'm not sure what to do to break out of this rut other than to just keep going with the same thing that I have been doing and hope that this is just one of those dreaded plateaus. :(
