Yesterday had a cheat meal (carbs and a lot of sodium) and didn’t eat for the rest of the night & flushed it out with water. Surprisingly I lost a tad amount of ounces. Today I am strictly back on healthy eating. I walked for more than an hour, 3 mile walk. Will upload weight tomorrow. Hopefully I see numbers out of the 200’s this week. Summer 22’ is right around the corner.
