Sunday breakfast because its what we wanted haha! Ribs with steamed yukon gold taters and baby bok choy. Had some horseradish on the side.

Hey Wifey! I have a pot that has a steamer pot that goes on top. Steam baby bok choy whole for 10-12 mins and done! It's buttery in texture you can cut with a fork and not mushy. And the steamed tiny taters took 20ish minutes. Trying to balance my fat and sodium!

I’ll have to try steaming. I’ve never had it that way and Mermee introduced me to baby bok and I’ve been hooked ever since!!

One of my fav ways was to chop it raw in strips, mix it with grated carrot and diced apple. A drizzle of evoo, dash of sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. 😋😋

Wifey that's a fun idea, kinda like a slaw? I love big flavor (which gets me into trouble with my condiment obsession...you should see my fridge 😂).

Yes JC, like a bok slaw. I saw the idea online. It was delicious! I get the condiments, we have tons of hot sauce. 🔥😂
