Completely off my game today. Ate too much, ate poorly. The news of the world has me depressed and a little rattled. (I live right next to a missile base)
Tomorrow's a new day and another chance to get back on track. Tomorrow I'll rest and try to get my mind right. Sunday looks good for skiing. One off day is survivable
