Just a small drop, but a drop nonetheless. I've been doing good with walking. Getting out every day despite the weather. Still working on portion size but getting better. Onward downward!
215.1 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
