So chuffed! Had a family day yesterday... 3 course meal and a smoothie and a hunters with no weight gain this morning 😁 now back to trying to shake off this last little bit 💪🏼

Oh definitely... My goal has changed 3 times already 😅 but this is the last one for sure.

That is actually cleaver to set smaller goals. Maybe I should change mine to 10kg at a time then it won't feel so hectic
