Ho bloody hum! I went out without food so have no one to blame but myself, I thought going to my mums was a safe bet for nutritious food, turnd out she is on a week of decadence, fudge it all. She is a health and wellness educator, pity she is my mum or I might be able to listen to what she says. So I choose not to eat and just drank water untill I could get some "good" food, by good I mean nutritional and nurishing, Got a sandwich my freind made me, high five for good friends but it was 8 hours since I ate last so it was inhalled in moments. We were having tea at her houdse which always includes dessert, It was small so well done me but when I got home I made another sandwich instead of just having a hot drink and going to bed. Note to self must be more orginized and replace the emergency food in the car xx
