it is natural for the body to go into a fixed stated.
you just need to limit one of your meals that you have as

smoothies is the best way to lose weight 1 hour after dinner no later than 7.00pm it stops you from snacking at night even have chewing gum

I am sorry to hear. Just keep trying and see the outcome in the long term. I would get frustrated when my weight would not change, but consider what you have achieved already. Your weight should eventually shift.
