:( come with my head held low. I am so mad at myself for falling and instead of standing up I crawled and I have this battle in me not knowing why I can not do this !!!!!!!!!!!!1

You can do this. I know for me I really have to have the right mind set. If my head isn't in it I can't stay on track. You have to find that place inside.

Yes - what she said, plus I will add that for me planning plays a Huge role!!! One meal at a time - think about it, what will you have? Breakfast was hardest for me (I cook a day or two ahead & warm in microwave). What are snacks you like? Also for me I had to have a plan B - like if I was going nuts, what could/should/would I eat that would still be on plan (always try to keep what you Really Want for the long run in mind)? PS - crawling is still moving forward - not backwards! Try to remember to see the good things about yourself! Never quit - Never stop trying! Little steps count!!!

I agree you have to have the mind set. Get focused. If you can get there long enough to see some results it will give you the motivation to keep going. And relax. Dont stress out about it. Stress bad lol. If what you are doing isnt working just right mix it up. Change things till you find something that does work cause its there somewhere. I may go 2 weeks without losing anything then lose 4 lbs the next. Just know you are in it for the long haul. It will work.

I second all that GG and Maw said!! and i want to add it is all about forgiving yourself! you are on a life journey and there IS gonna be detours and flat tires and bumps but, slow down it isnt a race to finish enjoy and celebrate the losses you HAVE HAD! and crawl your way to the next victory if that what it takes! YOU CAN DO THIS
