Yay!!! The scale's finally moving in the right direction again! I'm Really Excited about it...2.5 lbs!

I'm surprised. I've been feeling my PMS for the past few days in preparation for my TOM. Usually during this time, I experience my water weight gain...and between my late-night crunchies and my cave-in to those dog-gone chocolate-covered peanuts last night, I was prepared for a little sulking today. In fact, I popped on FS before my weigh-in just to get the motivation to brave the scale. lol

Maybe my saving grace is the increase in my water consumption (from 64oz to 96oz) ??? Whatever the reason, I'm a HAPPY Camper today!!! This is me {{{{dancing}}}} :-)

I wasn't due to measure until next week; however, I'm starting 2 new DVDs today and thought I'd better get my starting measurements. I'll be doing a 10-minute Abs DVD and a 20-minute Butt DVD! Like I mentioned to Shia...I can feel my 'Biscuits Burning' just thinking about that one! :-)

To my delight, I've lost 16.25 inches since 3 Apr!!! WoooHooooo!!!

I knew I could feel the difference in my clothes, but I'm one of those 'numbers' people. It suuuure felt good seeing the numbers today! My spiffy new Pedometer and my Water Aerobics class must be working! :-) I know that 'feeling' healthier is the most important thing, but when it's coupled with actually 'seeing' the results...it's so incredibly motivating! Enough to keep going...slip-ups and all. :-)

Oh, I want to mention that (being the 'numbers' person I am) I measure EVERYTHING! Bust, waist, lower abs, hips, 'saddles' lol (the area under the butt, but above the thighs), right thigh, right calf, neck, upper-right arm, and finally my wrist! I don't want to give the impression that I'm only measuring the 3 main areas (bust, waist, hips). I can't help myself...I'm one of 'those' who either gain all over or lose all over, so I try to keep a close watch on all of it.

For so many years, it's been either diet OR exercise, which just doesn't work for me. Thanks to all my wonderful Buddies and FS members, I'm finally starting to put it all together!

My goal for this week is to continue my daily exercise & water...and to cut-out my beloved late-night crunchies. :-)
I'm sooooo close to Onederland I can almost taste it.

Move over guys...this is the week I'm comin' in. :-)
Come onnnnn, 100s...I can do it, I can do it! :-)
