Judul makan siang ini lagi ngejar protein (dada aym woku, telur dadar tanpa minyak, tahu goreng tanpa minyak n tahu bakso ayam udang). Krn tadi pagi sarapannya tinggi serat n karbo (waffle pisang oatmeal). 😍😍😍
