This morning I did: PHOENIX NATION - 20 MINUTE JUMP ROPE WORKOUT | FAT BURNER
Wanted a cardio workout without lots of getting up and down off the floor so jump rope is perfect. Think this is only worth 15 minutes of work though, but I might actually go for a proper walk today and then I can do weights again tomorrow.
