my journey had just begun with the hand of GOD to keep me on track 👣 🙌 🙏 because I know I can not do it by myself. when I get down to the 275 I started with then I like to get to 250.
296.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
