Hi Jergens, in the blender I use coconut aminos, lemon juice, crushed garlic, dijon mustard, pepper, and a little water. Sometimes I'll throw in a couple of Brazil nuts or some avocado. Or fresh herbs that need to be used like parsley or cilantro. Sometimes I add cayenne or Mrs Dash extra spicy mix. It's incredibly versatile. Just play with it for salads, veggies, or proteins👍

Thank you - Gotcha ... I do not know what a coconut amino is ... is it like coconut milk since I do have coconut milk - this sounds a bit like my own dry mustard salad dressing creation - a coconut something base --- cool ... I will try it.

I use nutritional yeast a lot. Never occurred to me to use it in a salad dressing.

Wow, I never thought to put sauerkraut in a salad. You must work out a lot (LOT) to be able to handle all those calories. I sure have to hand it to you. That's great!
