Trying to figure out if I want to keep weighing in once every 1-2 weeks, or if I want to start logging my daily weigh ins. I almost always weigh myself daily, but usually only log it once a week, or whenever I reach a new low.

What does everyone else think? What helps you the most?

I weigh myself everyday just to keep in check, then I set a goal for the week based on what my Monday is....Then record an actual weigh-in on Fridays (when I remember)
