Better day yesterday - hopefully back on track - very weird week last week. Think I was maybe having a bit of PMS which I don't usually have - too many unnecessary tears and "snacks" - happy to have that behind me whatever it was! Going to try to have a big exercise day as I got a lot of paperwork done yesterday. Picked up some cross stitching last night and the time flew by - never even wandered in the direction of the kitchen. It was very therapeutic - haven't touched my needlework in months! Have a great week everyone - thanks to everyone for all your positive feedback and encouragement last week!
