I've been doing so much better - each day, a little progress here and there. Eating less and focusing on when I eat. My biggest meal is now early afternoon. High protein all the way. I am maintaining 198 lbs so far and hoping for another loss. Ketosis is evading me - after a summer of switching things up, my operation, hormonal issues - it's tougher than it has been since I first started in October of 2013. I am chasing it though - gonna catch it soon! NEVER GIVING UP!!!
