I found my old diet spread sheet from the last time I lost weight. I'd been talking about how much easier it'd been then, and how much faster the weight had come off. But in reality I was losing weight slower than I am now. About 8 lbs per month. Before I started at 165 and this time I started at 175, so that'll tack on about a month more, but I am losing faster.
Everything seems so much better after it's finished, right?
Today I have to be at work until 8:15. But I won't be near a fridge so I won't be able to binge. Silver lining.
Advice: Does anyone actually like swimming? What do you like about it? What sort of routine do you do? I have to swim for health reasons (I have to be in cool water for at least 20 minutes each morning, including my head) but it's soooooo boring. I think I must not be doing it right.
