Good morning friends. What a beautiful fall day. I was afraid I might have gained another pound, but when I got on the scale this morning there was a pound gone. This is a good day to reorganize and get ready for the coming of the winter season. I put away my white sneakers and got out some tan colored ones. I got out more jeans and long sleeved shirts. It will be cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoons. Maybe our bodies will burn more calories to accommodate the cool weather. Soup is always a cool weather meal and very filling without adding a lot of bulk. Husband had his other eye fixed yesterday and is doing just fine. We are going his followup appointment this morning, I am the driver. Take care and be diligent and let you body take care of the excess fat we have accumulated.
