The only thing left of my sickness is a wicked tooth infection. I still have my wisdom teeth, for various reasons, but mostly because I'm a pansy. I'll try to schedule the surgery during Thanksgiving or Christmas break, the infection will need to be gone before they'll do it.
Wisdom teeth probably weigh like 10 lbs, right?
I tried to eat some walnuts this morning, and now I'm just looking at this as an opportunity to fast for a bit. Intermittent fasting has been shown to have some benefits, and one of those is me not punching a wall.
Since I won't be able to have recovery nutrition I'm not working out hard. I walked over one of the causeways and back this morning before sunrise. I'll try to do some mall walking later.
