I do good for two or three days at a time. Then I eat Friendlys...the entire menu with ice cream and two toppings! It's like a disease. I can't control myself. I know after I eat it, I will be upset like I am now. 45 + points today. That is disgusting!
long sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Today does NOT determine your future! My biggest issue with weight loss until WW was controlling my portion sizes. If I ordered a milk shake or something, I'd have to get the largest size on the menu and I'd finish it all. Same with all other foods. I got the most I could and ate it all. When I started WW just a week and a half ago, I stocked up on the Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones meals and deserts, as well as a lot of 100 cal snacks that I could easily bring with me to work and school. I ate pretty much nothing but those until a few days ago, unless it was something simple like cereal or something. Now I've pretty much adjusted to the smaller portions. When it comes to eating out, maybe you could find a place that serves lower point foods. We went out for sushi for Mother's Day and I ate 4 rolls and stayed within my points. Just remember that tomorrow is a new day!

Kel, you still only ate 2000 calories!! That is good. That is what the normal calorie intake should be. So what you ate a little bad food. You can't be perfect all the time.
