Holding steady with a 212.8 waking weigh in, despite indulging in lots of good cheese, kielbasa, pirogis, and a beer last night! Weekend at my daughter's place will be a fun reunion as my son is home from the Navy. We will eat fun stuff there, but I can use the eight hour drives as fasting opportunities. Have a great weekend, everyone.
UPDATE: Did not weigh in tonight as I was on the road. Definitely had to lose a pound or two by dinner as I ate very light while traveling (and not until 4pm). But when we got to my daughter’s college town, we went out for deep dish pizza. Afterwards we were waylaid by a sorority with a bake sale table! Bought 20 dollars worth and went nuts! Then went out with my son for drinks after midnight but that’s on tomorrow’s journal! Sodium off the charts with the pizza and baked goods.

Have a great time with your family! Ps if you like pirogis, you should try wegman's (in the frozen section). They have lots of flavors but sour cream and chives is by far my favorite. Great for entertaining or as a special treat.

That's why you eat right other times, so you can enjoy family and friend time. You'll get back on the horse soon enough. You have a great weekend as well.

Good Job! Hugs & heartfelt thanks to your son for his service. You know, I just realized, I remember that our girls had pierogies in their school lunches & said how yummy they are, but I don't think I've ever had one, & I know I've never made any. I'll have to try them sometime. Blessings & have an awesome weekend, GLAMMER
